I make myself available to a few select coaching clients. I'm not building a coaching career, I'm artist who is an effective coach.

It isn't a typical executive or leadership coaching experience, but that's kind of the point. It's an innovator coaching experience. If business-as-usual works for you, we won't be a good fit. It can work well for leaders wanting to navigate uncertainty in new (and more effective) ways.
